I like that this version has two things the final cut doesn't: 1. EVE looking embarrassed about the accidental kiss (something we never see in the real one). 2. That hilarious look she gives him when he holds out his hand.
I think they could've had this and the space dance scene. Wall-E escapes, Wall-E suggests they dance so Wall-E and Eve then dance together, finally this scene where he shows the plant instead of out in space.
I think the replacement when she takes him to the escape pods and flies around the ships afterburners was better because the humans both saw wall.e and then you had two people in love.
